The Paradocs suite is composed of point-of-sale modules for all resort departments, including ski school, rentals, retail, food & beverage, and guest services. Paradocs offers peripheral devices which maximise the efficiency of the software. The Paradocs system is flexible and easily configured to suit the needs of individual ski resorts.

Reporting & Administration

The Paradocs system supports the day-to-day operations of mountain resorts. As the system is synced across all resort departments, duplicates are reduced, and accurate data is readily available. Our industry-standard reports track growth rates, sales trends and customer behaviour, thus giving resorts the tools to evolve in this competitive environment.

Web Sales

Paradocs offers an online transaction platform that allows resorts to easily configure products, upload them to the web, and to customize the look of the transactional site without having to employ dedicated web programming resources. Online sales are automatically synced with the system at resort.

Installation & Data Transfer

Paradocs dedicates a point-of-contact to all of its customers who is responsible for the installation and configuration of the software, including data migration from an existing system. A member of the Support Team will provide comprehensive employee training and ongoing support in the go-live process.

Our dedicated support team not only has profound technological knowledge, but also a true understanding of the ski industry and how it works. We provide customer support in both French and English during normal business hours, and even on weekends and holidays.
